The ANZFSS (WA Branch) is excited to announce the return of the Forensic Science Forum for 2024!
This one-day symposium will showcase local student and practitioner work across all areas of forensic science. The program will include invited speakers (with a plenary presentation delivered by the Hon. Justice Hall), oral presentations, and an open poster session followed by a networking sundowner.
This is a great chance to get a behind-the-scenes glimpse of contemporary forensic science being carried out in Western Australia, including toxicology, anthropology, fingermark detection, chemical criminalistics, DNA and more!
This event will be held from 9 am - 5 pm on Friday 18th October at the RISE Function Centre, Maylands. Catering will be provided and there will be plenty of opportunity to mix and mingle.
Places are strictly limited due to venue capacity. Please book your places by Friday 11th October.
NOTE: Due to the content of this event, discretion is advised for attendees. Please contact the Branch if you have any queries (anzfss.wa@gmail.com).
